Job summary

Amazon’s NACF PXT team seeks a Senior HR Manager to own the end-to-end employee experience at the Johnston facility, balancing automation with human insight and driving scalable HR solutions across sites. You’ll lead a high-performing HR team, partner with leaders, and champion safety, inclusion, and service.

Responsibilities include strategy, leadership coaching, equitable hiring, and leveraging AI to measure impact while maintaining strong risk management and compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR leadership or equivalent senior leadership experience.
• 6+ years of HR management experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or BA) required.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforce.
• Experience analyzing HR data to drive decisions.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and implement sustainable HR strategies to improve attrition, attendance, and engagement.
• Partner with business leaders on hiring, retention, development, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence and shared services to drive performance and experiences.
• Harmonize site priorities with broader organizational goals, focusing on inclusion and talent management.
• Lead change initiatives, balance automation with human judgment, manage risk and compliance.
• Drive adoption of HR tech and AI to streamline processes while keeping a human-centered approach.
