Job summary

Amazon seeks a Senior HR Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner on the NACF PXT team, guiding leadership development, employee experience, culture, and change management. This on-site role balances tactical excellence with strategy, leveraging data and AI to align local leadership with centralized support.

You will coach senior leaders, drive talent strategies, build succession pipelines, and lead an HR team delivering high-touch service while adopting automation where appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
• 5+ years of human resources or a mix of equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Experience using data and high-judgement to drive business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to elevate beyond tactical execution to become strategic partners who proactively identify and mitigate organizational risks while delivering exceptional service.
• Drive a culture of proactive risk identification and mitigation by establishing early warning systems, leveraging data insights, and building strong partnerships across functions.
• Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health; drive HR practices, innovate, and ensure sustainable execution.
• Partner with business leadership to develop and execute integrated talent strategies; coach leaders on talent development and succession planning.
• Lead the team in analytics and AI tools to uncover patterns, translate insights, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Set goals for culture transformation and strengthen organizational health, leadership effectiveness, and DEI initiatives.
• Drive strategic adoption of HR technology to enable efficiency while preserving high-touch support for sensitive matters.
