Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large hourly workforce and business leaders within NACF. You will partner with leaders to drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence, using data-driven insights and HR metrics to shape initiatives and outcomes.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff, own cross-functional projects, and influence culture by delivering high-touch service and scalable programs across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon experience
• 2+ years of HR experience or equivalent experiences (onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, talent management)
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver HR initiatives focused on talent management and employee engagement
• Lead data-driven HR programs using analytics to drive business impact
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback and development
• Drive equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement decisions
• Potentially lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects to enhance employee experience
