You will champion safety, inclusion, and service while balancing automation with human insight, leading a high-performing HR team across engagement, talent management and organizational effectiveness.

Formación

• 10+ years of human resources leadership.
• 6+ years of human resources management experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience supporting both hourly and salaried workforce.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives across multiple locations.
• Experience in employee relations, risk management, workforce management and compensation management.
• Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data insights to drive business decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive sustainable HR strategies to improve attrition, attendance and engagement while setting the HR team's vision.
• Partner with business leaders on people decisions, providing coaching and feedback to enhance capabilities.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence and shared services to scale HR solutions across sites and regions.
• Harmonize site priorities with broader goals, focusing on diversity, inclusion and talent management.
• Lead organizational change initiatives, remove barriers and balance automation with human judgment.
• Drive adoption of HR technology and AI to improve efficiency and employee experience without losing a human-centered approach.
