Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Senior HR Manager to own end-to-end employee experience at NACF sites, leading a high-performing HR team and partnering with leaders to deliver scalable PXT impact. You will work onsite at an Amazon facility, balancing automation with human insight and driving strategic workforce initiatives.

You will translate enterprise people strategies into site execution, develop leaders, and advance culture, performance, and risk management across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR leadership or equivalent operational leadership.
• 6+ years of HR management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience supporting hourly and salaried workforce.
• Experience leading organizational change across locations.
• Experience analyzing HR metrics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead HR strategies to improve attrition, attendance, and engagement.
• Partner with business leaders on hiring, retention, and development strategies.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence and shared services to drive HR outcomes.
• Harmonize site priorities with broader organizational goals, focusing on diversity and inclusion.
