Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to serve as a strategic partner for NACF PXT, aligning leadership, centralized support, and systems to deliver high-quality employee experiences.

You will lead HR professionals and partner with leaders to drive talent strategies, culture transformation, and risk management. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, AI-enabled analytics, and scalable HR solutions across a large employee population in manufacturing,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
5+ years of human resources or mix of equivalent experiences.
Experience using data to influence business decisions.
Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a diverse team of HR professionals, coaching them to become strategic partners.
Drive early warning systems and data insights to identify and mitigate risks.
Shape the strategic vision for employee experience and organizational health.
Develop and execute integrated talent strategies with business leadership.
