Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

You will partner with leaders to deliver HR initiatives, leverage data-driven insights, and may lead a team of entry-level HR staff while owning projects that enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes, and making high-judgment decisions that align with policy intent while minimizing risk.
• Use data analytics to identify emerging trends, predict future challenges, and implement proactive solutions at the site level.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs and maintain floor presence to gather insights.
• Coach business leaders on effective people management practices and support inclusive, high-performing teams.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement decisions.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service delivery.
