Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large hourly workforce and business leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence, partnering with leaders to deliver strategic HR initiatives and coach teams for high performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience
Experience supporting or leading onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by ensuring policy implementation aligns with regulations and reduces risk
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and business performance
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs
Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and team development
Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement
Drive adoption of HR technology and AI while maintaining high-touch service in critical moments
