Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support for a large hourly workforce and business leaders. Qualifications

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive proactive HR initiatives at the site level.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach Business Leaders on people management, performance feedback, and employee relations.
Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development decisions.
Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools.
