Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders. You will drive talent management, engagement, and internal customer service while leveraging data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects that enhance the employee experience, balancing strategic and tactical responsibilities onsite at an Amazon facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).
• Experience supporting and/or leading employee-focused processes such as onboarding, benefits, investigations, training and/or talent management

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management practices including feedback and development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection and development.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions and AI while maintaining high-touch service.
