Job summary

Amazon seeks an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and leaders across Rural, Super Rural logistics. You will partner with business leaders on talent management, engagement, and customer service improvements, leveraging data-driven insights to drive impact onsite at Amazon facilities.

You may lead a team of entry-level HR staff and own projects enhancing the employee experience, balancing strategic and tactical work with strong business acumen.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• 2+ years of human resources experience or equivalent experiences (e.g., operations, customer service, retail, distribution, shipping/logistics, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing).

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience and business performance.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback and team development.
• Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools.
