Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. is seeking a client-focused professional to manage key aspects of assigned sponsored plans, serving as the primary contact for plan sponsors and customers, and partnering with internal teams to support plan administration.

You will strengthen client relationships, drive service improvements, and contribute to profitability by resolving complex issues, coordinating with sales, recordkeeping and operations, and supporting product development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Customer service experience in financial services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact with plan sponsors, other customers, and internal teams.
• Participate in relationship management efforts with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to help ensure plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement efforts.
• Resolve complex customer service and communication issues.
