Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. in the United States is seeking a client-focused professional to support sponsored plans and strengthen relationships with existing clients. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned plan sponsors, resolving complex service and communication issues, and coordinating solutions across internal teams.

You will also collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations partners to support plan alignment, client retention, process improvement, and business results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three or more years of financial services industry experience.
• Customer service experience and demonstrated customer relationship skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Series 6 registration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct engagement with plan sponsors, customers, and internal functional teams, including money-in, money-out, and technical services.
• Participate in relationship management activities with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to support plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement initiatives.
• Resolve complex customer service and communication issues.
• Identify and support plan retention opportunities involving plan sponsors, distribution partners, and third‑party administrators.
• Support plan management 800-number calls as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
