Job summary

Voya Financial, Inc. seeks a roles-focused professional to manage key aspects of assigned sponsored plans and maintain strong client relationships.

You will be the main contact for plan sponsors, guiding service needs and coordinating with internal teams to support successful plan administration. You will contribute to client retention, process improvements, and profitability while partnering with sales, recordkeeping, and operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of financial services industry experience.
• Customer service experience and skills.
• Omni experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact with plan sponsors, customers, and internal teams.
• Participate in relationship management efforts with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to ensure plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement efforts.
• Identify and support plan retention opportunities involving sponsors, distribution partners, and TPAs.
