• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues with plan sponsors, customers, and internal teams.
• Participate in relationship management with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations to ensure plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement.
• Resolve complex customer service and communication issues.
• Identify and support plan retention opportunities with sponsors and partners.
• Support plan management 800-number calls as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
