You will help with client retention and process improvements, while facilitating communication with sponsors and customers. The role emphasizes customer service, cross-functional collaboration, and contributing to profitability through effective plan management and support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services.
• Customer service experience required.
• Omni experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues with sponsors, customers, and internal teams.
• Participate in relationship management with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping and operations to align plans.
• Contribute to product development and process improvements.
• Identify and support plan retention opportunities.
• Support plan management 800-number calls as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
