Job summary

You will coordinate with internal teams to support plan administration, retention, and process improvements, delivering strong service and solutions.

You will collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations to align plans and drive client satisfaction while contributing to overall profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• ~3+ years of financial services industry experience.
• ~ Customer service experience and skills.
• ~ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned sponsored plans.
• Resolve service and communication issues through direct contact with plan sponsors, other customers, and internal functional teams.
• Participate in relationship management efforts with plan sponsors and customers.
• Collaborate with sales, recordkeeping, and operations teams to help ensure plan alignment.
• Contribute to product development and process improvement efforts.
• Resolve complex customer service and communication issues.
