City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to own client success in the Dayton area. You’ll manage commercial facility accounts, coordinate service delivery, and actively nurture partnerships with clients and contractors.

Your role blends client management, operations, and strategic problem‑solving in a field environment. You’ll engage in inspections, issue resolution, and service quality oversight while leveraging LinkedIn to grow a client network and identify

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in facilities, route‑based account management, or B2B service leadership.
• Excellent communication with clients and contractors; keeps stakeholders aligned.
• Strong problem-solving, multi‑tasking, and accountability in a fast‑paced environment.
• High level of organization and ownership over outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of commercial facility clients.
• Oversee inspections, issue resolution, and service quality.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships and partner network.
• Leverage LinkedIn to identify prospects and support relationship development.
• Identify opportunities to expand services, manage pricing and logistics.
• Coordinate with Compliance Managers to align after‑hours work with client needs.
• Operate autonomously with support from the Director of Operations and admin staff.
• Document inspections and field activities in the CRM system.
