Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager (Account Manager) who owns client success, coordinates service delivery, and builds lasting partnerships with commercial clients in Cincinnati and the Dayton area.

You will lead inspections, resolve issues, manage pricing and logistics, and leverage CRM to document activity while collaborating with the operations team and leadership.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with clients and contractors required.
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts with accountability and organization.
• Wamiliarity with service delivery and field operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned commercial facility clients.
• Manage ongoing operations including inspections, issue resolution, and service quality oversight.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and contractor networks.
• Leverage LinkedIn to identify and nurture prospects and support relationship development.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and manage pricing/logistics.
• Coordinate with Account Compliance Managers to align after-hours execution with client expectations.
• Work autonomously with support from Director of Operations and admin staff.
• Use CRM to document inspections, manage client data, and route field activities.
