• 3-5 years of experience in facilities, route-based account management, or B2B service leadership.
• Confident in communicating with clients and contractors and keeping them informed.
• Strong problem-solving instincts and ability to juggle multiple moving parts.
• High accountability and organizational skills; you own your outcomes.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; valid driver’s license and Dayton-area travel.

• Serve as the primary contact for an assigned group of commercial clients.
