Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facilities Solutions Manager (Account Manager) to own client success across a portfolio of commercial facilities in the Dayton area. You will manage inspections, service quality, and relationships with clients and contractors while coordinating with a support team and using our CRM for field activity routing.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in facilities, route-based account management, or B2B service leadership.
• Strong communication with clients and contractors; capable of keeping all parties informed.
• Willingness to visit clients throughout the Dayton area; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned group of commercial facility clients.
• Manage ongoing operations, including inspections, issue resolution, and service quality oversight.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and contractors through communication and follow-through.
• Leverage LinkedIn to identify, connect with, and nurture prospects; support relationship development and growth.
• Identify opportunities to expand service offerings, and manage pricing and logistics.
• Coordinate with Account Compliance Managers to align after-hours work with client expectations.
• Work autonomously, supported by the Director of Operations and admin staff.
• Use the CRM system to document inspections, manage client data, and route field activities.
