Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations for an assigned client area, including training, inspections, and compliance with client requirements. You will develop long-term relationships with clients and contractors while ensuring high client satisfaction.

The role involves negotiating contracts, staffing and logistics, and managing contractor performance with close coordination to deliver value across services.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of sales and management experience in building maintenance or facility management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and reliable.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM databases; ability to manage multiple client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of assigned client relationships, including retention and expansion.
• Formulate and manage service strategy and schedule for each client.
• Negotiate and enter into agreements for additional services and pricing.
• Supervise Night Managers and ensure service execution per plan.
• Promote sales of supplies and monitor client-related procurements.
• Communicate client issues to Contractors and Operations leadership.
