Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a facilities solutions manager who will act as the face of service for a group of commercial clients. You will manage operations, inspections, and service quality while building strong relationships with clients and contractors in the field.

You’ll work with a supportive team to drive service delivery, document activities in our CRM, and identify opportunities to expand offerings.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in facilities, route-based account management, or B2B service leadership.
• Excellent communication with clients and contractors; accountable and organized.
• Willingness to work in the field and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned commercial facility clients.
• Oversee operations, inspections, issue resolution and service quality.
• Build long-term client relationships through proactive communication.
• Identify expansion opportunities and manage pricing and logistics.
• Coordinate with Account Compliance Managers for after-hours work.
