Zusammenfassung

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States. You will lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis, owning AOP, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation.

You will build scalable frameworks, standardize reporting, and deliver trusted financial data for executive decisions. You will partner with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and improve planning accuracy and speed.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning in high-growth/complex settings.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills to evaluate assumptions.
• Experience improving consolidation, reporting, planning processes, and financial rigor.
• Ability to design scalable frameworks and document processes.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and executive communication.
• Willingness to participate in quarterly in-person Lincoln gatherings as needed.

Aufgaben

• Own the complete FP&A planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning and executive presentations.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and inputs from departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models, challenge forecasts, advise on decisions.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable, repeatable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate across finance and operations to align priorities and ensure accountability.
• Mentor one direct report while contributing to day-to-day FP&A execution.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic function with discipline and visibility.
