Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis in a fast-growing environment in the United States. You will own the AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning, build scalable frameworks, and deliver standardized reporting to executives.

You will partner with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, drive accountability, and align priorities with financial goals.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of FP&A or enterprise planning experience.
• End-to-end planning and multiyear financial cycles.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks.
• Strong consolidation and reporting skills.
• Executive-facing communication capabilities.
• Experience in high-growth or complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle: AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning through exec presentations.
• Design the planning calendar, milestones, and inputs from departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise consolidation framework with standard definitions and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into recommendations.
• Drive process improvements to increase transparency, accuracy, and speed.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and strategic implications.
• Align finance and operations; manage competing priorities across teams.
• Mentor one direct report and contribute to day-to-day FP&A execution.
• Elevate FP&A as a strategic decision-making function.
