Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on, strategic Head of Enterprise FP&A to build and lead enterprise-wide planning and analysis for a fast-growing business in the United States. You will own AOP, LRP, reforecasting, and consolidation, designing scalable planning frameworks and standardised reporting.

You will partner with senior leaders, challenge assumptions, and drive accountability, balancing strategic influence with direct ownership of financial models and systems.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of FP&A or enterprise planning experience.
• Proven track record leading annual operating plans and long-range planning.
• Advanced financial modelling and analysis capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with financial consolidation and reporting processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning and executive presentations.
• Design the planning calendar, milestones, and coordination across departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework with standardized definitions.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into business recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with efficient, repeatable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and strategic impacts.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals and accountabilities.
• Mentor one direct report while staying involved in day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic function with discipline and visibility.
