Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States to lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis. This strategic, player-coach role owns the AOP, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation, building scalable frameworks and standard reporting across the organization.

You will partner with executives, challenge assumptions, and drive disciplined decision-making while mentoring one direct report. Remote flexibility is available for eligible U.S.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience in a high-growth environment.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and multiyear planning cycles, from kickoff to exec presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills to evaluate assumptions and generate insights.
• Hands-on experience improving financial consolidation, reporting systems, and planning processes.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and document processes for reliability and speed.
• Proven cross-functional leadership to align departments and drive commitments.
• Strong executive communication to present complex financial information to senior stakeholders.
• Proactive, hands-on approach balancing strategic thinking with detailed execution.

Responsabilités

• Own the complete financial planning cycle from AOP to long-range planning and executive deliverables.
• Design and manage planning calendars, ensure timely inputs and high-quality outputs.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and standardized KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks and align priorities.
• Align finance and operations across teams and manage competing priorities.
• Mentor a direct report and contribute to day-to-day FP&A activities.
• Elevate FP&A into a strategic function with greater discipline and visibility.
