Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States. The role leads enterprise-wide planning, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting to enable decision-making at the executive level.

You will own the AOP, long-range planning, and models, partnering with senior leaders to drive accountability and speed. Remote-friendly for eligible US residents with quarterly in-person gatherings.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• End-to-end planning: AOP, reforecasting, LRP, executive presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Experience improving consolidation, reporting, and rigor.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and processes.
• Cross-functional leadership and executive communication skills.
• Hands-on, builder mindset with financial models and data.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A planning cycle from AOP to exec deliverables.
• Design planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation framework and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actions.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance and operations around shared priorities and goals.
• Mentor one direct report and contribute to day-to-day FP&A work.
