Jobgether in the United States seeks a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to build and lead planning, reporting, and consolidation across a fast-growing business. You will own AOP, reforecasting, and LRPs, establishing scalable frameworks and partnering with senior leaders to drive performance.

The role combines strategic influence with direct ownership of models and processes, mentoring one direct report and ensuring timely, accurate financial data for executive decision making.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of FP&A or enterprise planning experience.
• Experience building scalable planning frameworks and reporting.
• Proven ability to present financial insights to executives.

Responsabilités

• Own annual operating plan (AOP), long-range planning (LRP), and reforecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and reporting.
• Lead financial modeling, challenge assumptions, and provide actionable insights.
• Design scalable planning processes and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Partner with executives to align financial and business priorities.
• Manage one direct report while driving day-to-day FP&A activities.
