Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States to build and lead enterprise-wide financial planning and analysis. You will own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation, establishing scalable frameworks and reporting for senior leadership.

The role requires at least 8 years in FP&A or enterprise planning, with a focus on improving planning accuracy and decision-making speed. Remote flexibility is offered for eligible U.S.

Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years of experience in FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning, ideally in a high-growth or complex organization where processes and structures needed to be built or significantly improved.
• End-to-End Planning Expertise: Leading annual operating plans and multiyear financial planning cycles, from kickoff through executive presentations.
• Financial Modeling: Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills for evaluating assumptions and extracting insights.
• Hands-on experience improving financial consolidation, reporting systems, planning processes, and financial rigor.
• Process Design: Develop scalable frameworks and standardized methodologies for planning.

Aufgaben

• Own the complete FP&A cycle including AOP, reforecasting, and LRP from planning to executive delivery.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and cross-department inputs to ensure timely outputs.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework with standardized KPIs and reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; evaluate assumptions and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to support strategic decisions and align priorities with financial goals.
