Jobgether is seeking a Head of Enterprise FP&A in the United States. The role combines strategic influence with hands-on ownership of financial models, systems, and processes to improve planning accuracy and decision speed.

You will lead end-to-end planning, consolidate data, and partner with executives to drive enterprise-wide financial discipline and growth while supporting cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations or enterprise planning experience.
• End-to-end planning experience from AOP to executive-level presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analytics skills.
• Hands-on consolidation, reporting, and financial rigor improvements.
• Ability to design scalable planning frameworks and processes.
• Proven cross-functional leadership with multiple departments.
• Clear, confident communication of complex financial information to executives.

Aufgaben

• Own the complete financial planning cycle, including AOP, reforecasting, and LRP.
• Design and manage the planning calendar with milestones and inputs.
• Build and maintain an enterprise consolidation framework and standardized KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models and translate insights into actions.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Align finance and operations around shared goals and commitments.
• Mentor at least one direct report and contribute to daily FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a core strategic function with disciplined planning.
