Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead enterprise-wide planning, consolidation, and reporting in a remote-friendly United States role. You will own AOP, long-range planning, and reforecasting, partnering with executives to align financial data with business strategy.

You will build scalable planning processes, drive reporting discipline, and coach a direct report while personally handling complex financial models and analyses to speed decision-making.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, finance ops, or enterprise planning in high-growth/complex orgs.
• End-to-end planning leadership from AOP to long-range planning and exec presentations.
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis to translate data into recommendations.
• Hands-on consolidation, reporting improvements, and financial discipline.
• Design scalable planning frameworks and standardize methodologies.
• Cross-functional leadership to align departments and priorities.
• Clear executive communications with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Own complete financial planning cycle including AOP, reforecasting, and LRP.
• Design and manage planning calendars and milestones across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; challenge forecasts and deliver insights.
• Replace manual processes with scalable, repeatable planning and reporting.
