Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A based in the United States to lead enterprise-wide financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation in a fast-growing environment. You will own AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning, while standardizing reporting and ensuring data-driven decision-making across senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• Hands-on with financial models, forecasting, and consolidation.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and long-range planning.
• Clear, concise communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle: AOP, reforecasting, and long-range planning through exec deliverables.
• Design the planning calendar, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain an enterprise-wide consolidation framework and KPI reporting.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Replace manual workflows with scalable planning and reporting processes.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Mentor one direct report and stay hands-on in day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A into a core strategic function with disciplined planning.
