Jobgether, partnered with a US-based client, is seeking a Head of Enterprise FP&A to lead annual planning, long-range forecasting, and financial consolidation across the business. This hands-on, player-coach role combines strategic influence with direct modeling and process ownership.

In a high-growth environment, you will design scalable planning frameworks, standardize reporting, partner with senior leaders, and drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifikationen

• At least 8 years of FP&A or enterprise planning experience.
• Proven end-to-end planning and forecasting capabilities.
• Advanced financial modeling and data-driven analysis.
• Experience with consolidation, reporting and KPI definitions.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management.
• Clear, confident executive communication skills.
• Hands-on builder mindset with comfort in financial models.

Aufgaben

• Own annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting and consolidation.
• Design planning calendars, milestones and inputs across departments.
• Develop enterprise-wide consolidation framework and standardized reporting.
• Build and maintain financial models; translate insights into actions.
• Drive process improvements for scalable, accurate planning.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
• Lead cross-functional alignment and accountability for plans.
• Mentor one direct report while managing day-to-day FP&A work.
• Elevate FP&A as a strategic decision-making function.
