Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A for a US-based role with remote flexibility for eligible residents. You will own the annual operating plan, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation across the enterprise, building scalable frameworks and reporting standards while partnering with executives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A or enterprise planning experience.
• Experience leading annual operating plans, long-range planning, and financial consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete FP&A cycle from planning to executive presentations.
• Design and manage planning calendars and milestones across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise-wide consolidation framework and KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into business recommendations.
• Improve planning processes and documentation for transparency and speed.
• Partner with executives to communicate performance and risks.
