Jobgether, partnered with a fast-growing enterprise, seeks a hands-on Head of Enterprise FP&A to own the full planning cycle across the US. The role combines strategic influence with direct ownership of models, processes and systems to improve planning accuracy and decision speed.

This leader will manage annual operating plans, long-range planning, reforecasting, and consolidation, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to align financial and business priorities.

Formación

• 8+ years of FP&A, finance operations, or enterprise planning experience.
• Experience leading annual operating plans and long‑range planning cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
• Hands‑on approach with finance systems, processes, and data.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and executive communication.

Responsabilidades

• Own the complete financial planning cycle including AOP, reforecasting and LRP.
• Design planning calendars, milestones and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation and standardized reporting.
• Develop and challenge financial models and translate insights into decisions.
• Mentor team members and partner with executives to set priorities.
