Qualifications

• 8+ years FP&A or enterprise planning experience.
• End-to-End planning leadership with AOP/LRP cycles.
• Advanced financial modeling and analysis skills.
• Consolidation and reporting process improvement.
• Scalable planning framework design and implementation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
• Clear executive communication with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for quarterly Lincoln gatherings.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete financial planning cycle, including AOP, reforecasting, and LRP, with executive presentations.
• Design and manage planning calendars, milestones, and inputs across departments.
• Build and maintain enterprise consolidation framework and standardized KPIs.
• Develop and maintain financial models; translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Improve processes, remove manual work, and increase planning speed and accuracy.
• Partner with executives to explain performance, risks, and opportunities.
