Join our team as an Account Executive, owning the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing, working remotely to scale in the US/UK markets, with €50,000-€70,000 base plus uncapped commission and equity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as Account Executive selling to HR/People/L&D buyers
• Track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
• Experience in B2B complex sales with multiple stakeholders
• Sold to US, Canada or UK markets
• Fluent English in verbal and written form

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing
• Be the CEO of your territory: find, meet, negotiate, and close new clients
• Develop and scale end-to-end sales systems and processes for sustainable growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue in new markets
