Job summary

Dodge Construction Network is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue by acquiring new customers, managing multi-stakeholder deals, and engaging executives. This remote role requires strategic prospecting, MEDDIC-driven qualification, and strong CRM discipline to forecast and close opportunities.

You'll build ROI-based value framing, coordinate cross-functional teams, and maintain a robust pipeline while traveling 5-10% as needed. Bachelor’s degree required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative and solution selling to prospect through online demos of software solutions.
• Experience self-sourcing a pipeline without relying on inbound or SDRs.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder deals with 2–6 month cycles in the $50K–$200K+ ACV range.
• Comfort engaging VP and C-suite buyers as a peer.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline 3-4x quota coverage.
• Execute multi-channel prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, events.
• Map buying committee and quantify business problems.
• Apply MEDDIC consistently across your pipeline.
• Develop ROI models linking costs, risk, and labor efficiency.
• Tailor presentations to stakeholders and connect capabilities to outcomes.
• Lead mutual close plans with milestones and executive sponsorship.
• Update CRM with stage, close date, next step, and risks.
