Job summary

Dodge Construction Network seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue by acquiring new customers across the continental US. This remote role reports to the Director, Enterprise Sales and requires building a self-sourced pipeline and managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.

You will develop executive-level relationships, apply MEDDIC, and collaborate cross-functionally to align our solutions with client outcomes, with travel of 5–10% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• 5+ years consultative and solution selling to prospects.
• Experience running multi-stakeholder deals with 2–6 month cycles.
• Comfort engaging VP and C-suite buyers.
• Familiarity with MEDDIC or similar methods.
• Strong CRM discipline, Salesforce proficiency.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn SaaS products.
• Self-starter with revenue growth mindset.
• Forecast sales revenue in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline 3–4x quota.
• Execute multi-channel prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn.
• Map buying committee and qualify opportunities MEDDIC.
• Create ROI models linked to client outcomes.
• Close deals and manage cross-functional reviews.
• Engage VP/C-suite and run executive briefings.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate forecasts.
