Qualifications

• 5+ years consultative and solution selling experience to enterprise prospects.
• Proven ability to self-source pipeline without relying on inbound or SDRs.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder deals with 2-6 month cycles in high ACV range.
• Comfort engaging VP and C-suite buyers as a peer.
• Familiarity with formal sales methodologies (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC/Challenger).
• Strong CRM discipline; Salesforce proficiency required.
• Tech-savvy with strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a self-sourced pipeline of 3-4x quota coverage.
• Execute multi-channel prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, events.
• Qualification using MEDDIC; disqualify to protect time for high-probability deals.
• Develop account-level ROI models tied to costs, risks, and efficiency.
• Close deals with mutual close plans and executive sponsorship.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure deal velocity.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and submit accurate weekly forecasts.
• Navigate RFPs and procurement processes strategically.
