Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Director, Rebate Economics to lead analytics, pricing strategy, and reporting that drive rebate outcomes. The role partners with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to implement innovative pricing structures aligning objectives and financial performance.

You will oversee a growing analytics organization, drive pricing methodologies, and support enterprise value with client-focused financial strategies and reporting excellence.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent; 12 years related experience.
• 10 years SME in respective area(s).
• 8 years supervisory experience; may be substituted with 12 years MedImpact experience plus leadership training.
• Executive communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and SQL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise rebate analytics and pricing models that create maximum value.
• Provide recommendations to leadership on pricing models, methodologies, and assumptions.
• Coordinate with Trade Relations, Clinical, Finance, Product, Technology, and Client Management teams.
• Offer strategic consultation on pricing methodologies, rebate performance, and market trends.
• Direct, mentor, and develop a high-performing analytics organization.
• Evaluate financial impacts and opportunities to support client relationships and growth.
