MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Rebate Reporting Strategy to lead rebate analytics and pricing transformation initiatives across the enterprise, clients, and vendors.

This role will focus on strategic data creation, enterprise-wide reporting initiatives, and delivering end-to-end pricing transformation strategies from development to client implementation. Formación

• BA/BS degree and at least 8 years of related experience in rebate analytics or enterprise reporting.
• Minimum 4 years leading individual contributors and leaders of leaders.
• Experience with PBM and formulary management is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement rebate analytics strategies across the enterprise and external partners.
• Provide PBM and client-level analysis and strategy recommendations for contract negotiations and formulary management.
• Manage metrics and KPIs for rebate analytics quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with VP-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver insights and financial strategies.
• Support staff in analysis and reporting tied to rebate delivery systems and ensure timely deliverables.
• Collaborate with clients, internal partners, and vendors to provide data, models and analytics as required.
• Act as SME for cross-functional leadership to maintain critical business data for analytics and reporting.
