Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience in healthcare or PBM.
• Experience managing P&L and presenting to SVP/C-suite with executive influence.
• Deep PBM economics including rebate structures and drug-level profitability.
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead rebate financial strategy and governance for a $70B+ rebate portfolio.
• Provide executive-level insights on pricing strategy, margin optimization, and profitability.
• Oversee drug profitability analytics, reporting, and scenario modeling.
