Select Medical seeks a Director of Reimbursement & Regulatory Analysis to lead reimbursement strategy and ensure compliance with federal and state rules. You will guide teams, oversee pricing transparency, and work with senior leadership.

The role requires deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, DRGs, and EHR systems, with a track record of improving reimbursement outcomes. You will mentor staff and coordinate with Finance on forecasts and audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 7+ years in healthcare reimbursement with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience with EHR systems, preferably Epic.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, price transparency, and DRG payments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across levels.

• Oversee automation and data-driven reimbursement analysis trends.
• Develop reimbursement policies and revenue cycle initiatives.
