Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. seeks a Principal, Rebate Reporting Strategy to lead rebate analytics strategies and enterprise-wide reporting, from development to client implementation, delivering pricing transformation insights for clients and partners.

The role requires a BA/BS, 8+ years in rebate/finance analytics, and 4+ years leading teams. You will collaborate with VPs, formulary teams, and vendors to drive KPI-driven decisions and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree required with extensive related experience.
• 4+ years leading individual contributors and leaders of leaders; management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of rebate analytics, pricing transformations, and enterprise reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead rebate analytics strategies and pricing transformation initiatives for the enterprise.
• Develop PBM and client-level analysis and strategy recommendations for negotiations and formulary management.
• Ensure integration of rebate results within full reporting structures and KPIs.
• Manage staff and mentor analysts to maintain accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
• Collaborate with VPs, formulary teams, clients, and vendors to provide insights and recommendations.
