Job summary

This role emphasizes strategic data creation, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership. You will manage complex pricing models, drive process improvements, and mentor staff while interfacing with senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 8+ years related experience.
• Minimum 4+ years leading individual contributors.
• Strong MS Office, SQL, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop rebate analytics strategies and end-to-end reporting.
• Manage enterprise pricing transformation initiatives and client reporting.
• Provide strategic insights to clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Lead and mentor staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deliverables.
