Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Director of Industry Relations & Contracting to lead a team of Rebate Contractors and drive rebates, discounts, and formulary inclusion strategies. You will collaborate with Pharma, P&T meetings, and Drug Information to support cost modeling and contract decisions.

The role emphasizes expanding high-net rebates, guiding clients toward the lowest net cost PBM, and leading department growth; domestic travel up to 20% is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years PBM/Healthcare plan experience preferred, with rebate contracting and formulary management experience.
• Experience negotiating contracts for Commercial, Medicaid, and Medicare Part D rebates.
• Pharmacist licensure in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain it.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with pharma manufacturers, Navitus customers, and partners.
• Ensure availability of internal and external resources to meet Navitus’ needs.
• Develop and implement strategies for competitive pharma contract structures.
• Support P&T processes with financial modeling and presentations.
• Lead negotiations to expand rebate opportunities and reduce net costs for clients.
• Lead, train, and develop the team of Navitus Contractors.
