Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.

• Deep fluency in PBM economics, rebates and drug profitability drivers.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and multi-year modeling skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into executive narratives.
• Proven leadership of finance teams and talent development.
• Proficiency in Excel and enterprise reporting tools.
• Experience with governance frameworks across cross-functional teams.
