Job summary

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Rebate Reporting Strategy to develop and manage rebate analytics and pricing transformation strategies across the enterprise and with external clients and vendors.

The role emphasizes data creation, enterprise reporting initiatives, and end-to-end pricing projects from development to client implementation, with enterprise-wide impact and client-facing accountability.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree; 8+ years related experience and 8+ years SME in respective area(s).
• Must have at least 4+ years leading individual contributors and leaders of leaders.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel; SQL, financial modeling tools, and reporting platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop rebate analytics strategies for client and enterprise pricing transformations.
• Provide PBM and client-level analysis for negotiations and formulary management.
• Manage metrics and KPIs for rebate analytics quality, timeliness, and accuracy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with VP-level stakeholders to drive insights and strategies.
